Every player will be automatically assigned a User ID when downloading the game for the first time.
Your User ID (or Player ID), is a unique identifier for your game progress. This allows us to easily review your account, if you report a problem or concern you may have with the game.
We recommend either taking a screenshot of your User ID, or copying the number down and storing in a safe space for your records. If you’re not sure how to take a screenshot on your device, please see our article "Taking Screenshots & Videos", for further assistance.
To find your User ID, locate and tap/click the "gear" icon, near the top right-hand area of the screen.
In the window that pops up, your User ID will be under the settings toggles in the middle of the popup screen, and will be comprised of a series of numbers and letters.
